Infusion is the process of extracting flavor and the nutrients from a plant's leaves, flowers, and aromatic parts. Steeping or soaking in boiling water allows the liquid to absorb the goodness from the delicate parts of a plant.

Instructions: Pour 8 ounces to 1 quart of boiling water over sachet(s) and steep covered for at least 10 minutes.
After heat infusion, herb teas can be enjoyed hot, room temperature, or cold with ice. Keep refrigerated if making larger quantities to be enjoyed later in the day.
